摘　　要：研究鲜马奶缓解体力疲劳的保健作用。采用化学分析法检测鲜马奶中抗疲劳营养物质的质量浓度;将受试小鼠分为4组:对照组、高、中、低剂量组,喂饲35 d以后进行负重游泳实验、爬杆实验,喂饲40 d后,对运动后小鼠血乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、肝糖元测定。结果表明,3个剂量组的小鼠爬杆时间与对照组比较明显延长(P<0.01),3个剂量组小鼠运动后血乳酸质量浓度低于对照组(P<0.01),小鼠运动后乳酸脱氢酶活力中、高剂量组高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),高剂量组肝糖元质量浓度高于对照组(P<0.01)。马奶中含有抗疲劳的营养物质,其中,乳糖、支链氨基酸、牛磺酸和维生素C的质量浓度比较高。鲜马奶具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。To study the effect of fresh mare＇s milk on alleviating physical fatigue. The chemical methods were used to analyze the anti-fatigue nutrients content in mare＇s milk.The mice were randomly devided into 4 groups： three of which were experimental groups fed with mare＇s milk at doses of 21, 42, 84ml/（kg.d） and the other control group. After 35 days, Load swimming time and lasting time of climbing pole in mice were measured. After 40 days, blood lactic acid, blood lactate dehydrogenises activity and liver glycogen were measured. It showed that there was significant difference among the dose groups and control group in Load swimming time and lasting time of climbing pole （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）.Three mare＇s milk groups showed decrease of blood lactic acid in swimming mice （P 〈 0.01）. The medium and high dose of mare＇s milk groups showed increase of the blood lactate dehydrogenises activity in swimming mice （ P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Hepatic glycogen significantly increased between the high dose and control group（P 〈 0.01）. The mare＇s milk contains some of the anti-fatigue nutrients.The mare＇s milk has alleviating physical fatigue effect.
