摘  要:以芭蕉芋酒糟为原料,利用黑曲霉和产朊假丝酵母2种菌种进行固态发酵生产蛋白饲料。利用Minitab软件设计了Plackett-Burman筛选试验,从7种因素中筛选出尿素、营养盐pH值及装瓶量3个显著性影响因素,经最陡爬坡试验,利用响应面中心组合设计对显著性影响因素进行优化,得出最适尿素浓度为0.57%,最适营养盐pH值为6.1,最适装瓶量为11%,真蛋白含量达到20.79%。Aspergillus niger and Candida utilis were used for solid state fermentation in the production of protein feed from distiller' s grain of edible canna. Choosing the Plackett-Burman experiment by Minitab, and selected three significant factors (urea content, original pH of nutrient solution and media amount), after approximating to the maximum content of true protein by experimental design of steepest ascent, the three significant factors were optimized by box-behnken (BBD) response surface, and the results showed: the optimal urea content is 0.57 %, pH of nutrient soltion is 6.1, media amount is 11%, the maximal content of true protein was reached to 20.79%.
