摘 要:针对湿式双离合器自动变速器起步平稳性差、滑摩功大的问题,根据双离合器自动变速器的自身结构特点,提出两个挡同时参与起步过程的控制策略,并给出程序流程图.采用基于模糊PID控制的离合器压力控制方法,实现了离合器压力的精确控制.通过3种不同节气门开度的起步试验和短时间连续起步停车试验,以验证该控制策略的有效性.试验结果表明,离合器压力控制算法适应性强,起步控制策略能够适应各种不同工况的起步要求.To solve the problems of poor smoothness and big frictional work in starting control of dual clutch transmission equipped with wet clutch,and according to structural characteristics of DCT,the starting control strategies of two gears working together in starting process were developed and the control flow chart of DCT starting was given.The precise control of clutch pressure was obtained by using clutch pressure control based on fuzzy PID control.The control strategies were verified through the starting test of three different throttles and consecutive start-stop in a short time.The experimental results show that the clutch pressure control method has strong applicability and the starting control strategies can adapt to different starting conditions.
