系统论视阈下高职院校继续教育投资模式的研究

摘　　要：高职院校继续教育的投资模式就是在继续教育中各个投资主体按照一定的方式和一定的比例投入经费并按照相应的比例获取投资收益的相对稳定的方式。当前,我国的教育经费不足,继续教育经费投入应该由国家各级政府、企业等用户单位以及受训学员合理分担,并加强统一管理和统一划拨,以保证各方投资主体的合法权益和合理收益。The investment model of further education in higher vocational colleges is a relatively stable manner that each investment subject in further education invests funds in terms of certain method and proportion and gains investment returns in accordance with corresponding investment ratio. At present, owing to the lack of educational budget in our country, the financial input of further education should be shared reasonably by national governments at various levels, user units like enterprises and trainees, and unified management and distribution should be strengthened, so as to ensure each investment subject＇s legitimate interest and fair return.
