摘　　要：学习心理影响学习行为和效率,学习效率直接牵引学习心理的发展,文章依据勒温的行为理论从学习方式和学习环境两大方面分析其内涵的诸多因素与学习心理的辩证关系。Learning psychology affects the learning behavior and efficiency, at the same time, the learning efficiency leads learning psychology to progress. In this article according as K. Lewen, the author discusses the relationship between psychology and fators of learning manner and environment in web-course.
