摘　　要："以情育人"不仅是指在一种寓教于情的环境中进行人才培养,而且是让学生在一种自由、宽松和谐的氛围中求知学习、立志成长。铭贤学校坚持以学生为本,构建了尊师爱生的人文和谐校园,创设了良好的育人环境。学校注重认知与情感的紧密联系,提倡在其乐融融的师生关系中,教师用自己创作的心血和高尚的人格影响教育学生,塑造学生美好的心灵,以此激励学生勤奋学习、学以致用。这些优良的办学特色,值得今天的办学者借鉴。＂People Educated with Love＂refers to not only the personnel training in the atmosphere of educating with affection,but also the students seeking knowledge and growing in a free,comfortable and harmonious atmosphere. Mingxian School adhered to the principle of students being the base, constructed the humanistic,harmonious campus of respecting teacher and cherishing student,to create the favorable educating environment. At the same time,Mingxian emphasized the close relation between cognition and emotion,advocating with the harmonious teacher-student relationship teachers influence and educate students with their working effort and lofty personality,mould students＇ bright hearts, by which to urge students to work diligently and study for use. These good educational characteristics are worth drawing on by today＇s school-running persons.
