摘　　要：构建科学的教学计划是创新"工学交替"模式的关键所在。通过分析高职院校开展工学交替实践,探讨工学交替模式下构建高职教育教学计划的影响因素、构建原则、项目内容等问题,以期能有效推动"工学交替"模式的推进与实施。Scientific teaching plans are critical to the successful operation to the model of leaning and working alternation. However, the current teaching plans in many higher vocational colleges are not in accordance with this model. Based on the analysis of the models in some colleges, the article discusses the factors that affect the model, the principles of construction, and the projects of construction etc. The effective role in the construction and further operation of the model are expected.
