摘　　要：诊断学基础是研究诊断疾病的基本理论、基本技能和临床思维的课程，是把基础学科的基本理论和知识具体应用到临床实践的桥梁课程。诊断学的教学质量直接影响到诊断技能的培养，从而影响到临床能力的培养，诊断学在现代医学教育中处于非常重要的地位，是与学习临床医学相关课程有关的一门重要的基础课程，在中医院校其也是一门重要的课程，学习好这门课程对学习临床课程及今后的，临床工作有一定的帮助。The diagnostics foundation is studies the diagnosis disease the elementary theory, the basic skill and the clinical thought curriculum, is applies specifically the foundation discipline elementary theory and the knowledge the clinical practice the bridge curriculum. The diagnostics quality of teaching affects directly the diagnosis skill raise, thus affects the clinical ability raise, the diagnostics is at the extremely important position in the modern medicine education, is with a study clinical medicine correlation curriculum related important foundation curriculum, in Chinese medicine colleges and universities it also is an important curriculum, will study this curriculum to study the clinical course and the next clinical work has certain help.
