摘　　要：本文介绍了辐照食品常用的检测方法,对其原理、适用范围和局限性进行了综述,为辐照食品的研究和检验提供参考。In the paper, methods of detection of irradiated foods were introduced. The principles, scopes and limitations of the methods were also reviewed. Some references for irradiated food reseach and detection were given.
