摘　　要：Moodle作为课程管理系统得到了广泛的应用,利用Moodle的社会交互性可以构建教师学习型组织。从知识管理的角度对Moodle进行了深入的挖掘,并提出了Moodle平台中教师个人知识管理的SECI模型。Moodle as a course management system has been widely used.In this paper,the author opens a new path,from the perspective of knowledge management to carry out a depth analysis and found that the use of Moodle＇s social interaction teachers can build learningoriented organizations,and proposed a SECI model for Moodle.
