高职院校专业教学团队组建原则初探

摘　　要：通过对2008年申报国家优秀教学团队的22所高职高专院校材料进行调研,指明优秀教学团队建设的意义,确定高职高专优秀教学团队的五个组建原则:团队带头人组建教学团队原则、目标一致原则、学科相近原则、规模适度原则、结构合理原则。Through the survey of the materials of the 22 higher vocational and postsecondary specialized colleges which applied for National Outstanding Teaching Team in 2008,the thesis states the significance of setting up an outstanding teaching team and determines the five principles of formation for the outstanding teaching team in higher vocational and postsecondary specialized colleges：1. the principle of the team leader setting up the teaching team;2. the principle of the goal congruence;3. the principle of similar subjects;4. the principle of moderate scale;5. the principle of reasonable structure.
