摘 要:狭义的教育激励是指教育工作者激发学生的动机,调动其积极性和创造性,使其朝着所期望的目标努力前进的过程。成人学习者是一个特殊的群体,在教育过程中,针对他们的特点建立科学合理的激励模式,能极大地提高培养质量和综合素质。本文探析了成人教育激励的四种模式,试图从理论与实践上提高成人教育激励效能。The narrow sense of educational motivation refers to process of the educators stimulating students incentives, mobilizing their enthusiasm and creativity towards the desired goal. Adult learners are a special group, in the educational process. If we establish a scientific and rational mode in view of their characteristics, it will greatly improve the quality and the comprehensive quality of the training. In this paper, we discuss the four types of education motivation about adult learning to improve the effectiveness of incentives for adult education from theory and practice.
