摘  要:高职教师的教学水平与教学效果,在很大程度上决定着高职院校的教育教学质量,"双师素质"教师的培养是办好高职院校的关键因素。各高职院校应从人才培养工作水平评估要求出发,通过引聘结合、加强产学研合作和校企合作、发挥名师的传帮带作用等途径,实施学历证书和职业资格证书的衔接与并举,制定"双师素质"教师的培养机制和保障措施,加快"双师素质"教师的培养。The teaching quality of higher vocational colleges greatly depends on the teaching level and effect of teachers, so the training of double-quality teachers is the key to running a good higher vocational college. Starting from the appraisal requirements of personnel-fostering level, each higher vocational college should link academic certificates and professional qualification certificates up and make them exist simultaneously by the means of combining talents introduction with employment, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and exerting prominent teachers influence to help other teachers. And the system and the guarantee measures of fostering doublequality teachers should be worked out in order to quicken the training of double-quality teachers.
