摘　　要：运用任意体上矩阵的广义逆，给出了任意体上矩阵方程ＡＸＢ＋ＣＹＤ＝Ｏ的通解表达式及其仅有零解的一个充要条件．Used the generalized inverse of matrices over an arbitrary skew field,This gives an expression of general solution of the matrix equation AXB+CYD=O over an arbitrary skew field.A necessary and sufficient condition for the only naught solution of the equation is also presented.
