摘  要:本文分析了国内外教师专业化研究状况,指出教师专业化是一个倍受重视的议题,教师专业化的研究主要涵盖专业理念、专业技能、专业知识、专业实践、专业发展能力等几个方面,以此,构建了师范生教师专业化发展维度,并以思想建设和能力建设为出发点,提出师范生教师专业化发展的思路:(1)塑造先进的教育理念与专业精神;(2)建设合理的课程体系;(3)职前教育与职后教育的统一。This paper analyzes the professional competency of teachers studies the situation at home and abroad,noting that teacher professionalism is the increased attention devoted to a topic,teachers,the study mainly covers the specialized needs of professional philosophy,professional skills,professional knowledge,professional practice,professional development capacity,and several other aspects of so as to build a structure of Prospective Teachers of professional knowledge and ability.With ideological and practical point of view as a starting point,proposed Prospective Teachers the cultivation of professional knowledge and ability,on the one hand depends on the reconstruction of teacher education and teaching students ideas and viewpoints,on the other hand relies on to construct a reasonable curriculum.
