摘　　要：结合多年临床麻醉带教的经验,从多个方面讨论如何培养中医院研究生临床思维能力,正确引导学生完成从学生到医生角色的转变,并掌握相关的通识技能,提高中医院研究生临床麻醉的教学质量。Based on of many years of the experience on clinical practice teaching of Anesthesiology to discuss how to train clinical thought with many parties, correctly guiding to change their roles from students to doctors, to master interrelated common technical ability to improve the clinical practice teaching quality of anesthesiology of postgraduates of Trational Chinese Medical University.
