国家精品课程建设现状的调查分析

摘　　要：经过六年的努力,国家精品课程建设项目已经成果丰硕。本文通过问卷调查的研究方法,以2008年国家精品课程的负责人和参与教师为调查对象,以国家精品课程的"建设方式、重要环节、有效教学特征、资源建设标准、版权意识、应用情况、更新情况、自我评价、支持服务需求"等九个方面为调查内容,以发送Email的方式发送调查问卷,历时两个月,回收有效问卷328份。调查结果表明,在国家精品课程开发过程中,建设者的资源建设标准化意识和版权意识比较淡薄;在应用和更新方面,大部分建设者会使用自己的精品课程,但是他们并不清楚自己的精品课程为他人所使用的情况;还有,大部分建设者没有更新过自己的精品课程。针对调查中发现的问题,本文提出了一系列建议,包括完善精品课程评价指标体系,提供完善的、可以操作的资源建设标准,统一精品课程支撑平台、加强精品课程建设的后续支持服务等,为进一步推动国家精品课程的建设与应用工作提供了有意义的参考。Employing the research instrument of questionnaire, this study investigates the course leaders and teachers within the course teams of the 2008 State Benchmark Courses. The investigation is around the following aspects: development mode, key phases, instructional design, standards of various media and interface, copyright awareness, application, updating, self evaluation, learning support, etc. The results show that the majority of the course designers demonstrate a weak awareness of standards and copyright issues during the design process. Most designers use the courses themselves, but seldom update it, and do not know whether others are using the courses or not. The authors put forward some suggestions to promote the development and application of State Benchmark Courses, namely, improving the index system of State Benchmark Courses, upgrading course design standards, unifying content management system, and strengthening follow- up support, etc.
