烟用酸豆果实(酸角)浸膏的工艺改进、分析及应用

摘　　要：以云南酸豆为原料通过工艺改进制得一具有酸豆特征甜香和酸香的烟用香料,采用同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)装置收集其挥发性成分,并以气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对其挥发性成分进行分离和鉴定,共检出28种化合物,其中主要含丁二酸二乙酯、5-甲基糠醛、亚油酸、苯乙醇、5-羟甲基糠醛、6,8-二-C葡萄糖基木犀草素、R1-玉蕊醇、α-羟基妊娠烯醇酮等。将该香料用于卷烟加料,能够明显丰富烟香,减轻刺激性,圆和烟气,改善卷烟余味。The manufacture technology for concrete of Yunnan Tamarindus indica Linn （YTIL） was improved, the volitile components of this concrete that extracted by SDE were determined by GC-MS. Totally 28 components were efficiently separated and detected, they are diethyl succinate, 5-methylfurfural, linoleic acid, phenylethyl alcohol, 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural, Lucenin 2, R1-Barrigenol, 3,17-dihydroxy-Pregn-5-en-20-one, etc. these products could enrich the tobacco flavor, reduce the irritancy of smoke and improve taste obviously by directly adding to the tobacco.
