摘  要:教学是教师的核心任务和主要学术职责。教师效能感是教师在教学活动中对其能有效地完成教学工作、实现教学目标的一种能力的知觉和信念。它直接影响着教师的整体教育教学水平和学生的学习效果,是促进教师评价由外在指标向内外指标整合转变的关键因素之一。通过文献分析,对中国和美国教师效能感评价的发展历史、测量工具、评价体系进行多层面的对比,探讨其转化和发展的过程,并提出相应的对策建议,对拓宽教师效能的研究途径和提高教师评价水平具有重要意义。Teaching is the core duty and the main academic responsibility of teachers.The sense of teaching efficacy is a kind of belief and cognition of the teachers that they can effectively complete their teaching tasks,achieve their teaching objectives in their teaching activites.It is one of the key factors which promote the transformation of teacher evaluation from external indicators to the integration of internal and external indicators.Through literature review,the developing history,measuring instruments and evaluating systems in China and USA are compared from multiple facets,the transferring and developing process of it are discussed,and countermeasures and suggestions are brought forward,which have important significance on broadening the research approaches of teacher effectiveness and improving the level of teacher evaluation.
