摘　　要：考虑一类具有正负系数一阶中立型微分方程(d/dt)[y(t)-sum from i=1 to l ri(t)y(t-γi)]+p(t)y(t-τ)-q(t)y(t-σ)=0,t≥t0,建立该方程一切解振动的两个充分性条件.For the first order neutral differential equation with positive and negative coefficients d/dt[y（t）-t∑i=1ri（t）y（t-γi）]＋p（t）y（t-τ）-q（t）y（t-σ）=0,t≥t0two sufficient conditions are obtained for oscillation of all solutions of the neutral equation.
