摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育是一个系统工程,其教育过程是一个由多种要素构成,有其内在矛盾推动,并按其内在规律辩证发展的过程,有其自身的特点,并具有校园环境制约规律、主导与主体互动规律、内化与外化规律、行为与利益相关规律、专业化与科学预见规律、教育与管理结合规律。实践证明,大学生思想政治教育只有认识、把握和遵循这些基本规律,才能真正取得实效。The students＇ ideological and political education of colleges and universities is a systematic project.The process of this education is made up of various factors,has its inherent contradictions,discriminately develops according to its inherent law,has its own characteristics,and is possessed of such laws as being restricted with campus environment,interaction between educational leading factor and educational subject,coexistance of internalization and externalization,correlation of behaviour and benefit,correlation of professionalization and scientific prediction,combination of education with management,etc.It has been proven that only when colleges and universities have grasped and followed the above laws can the college students＇ ideological and political education produce real results.
