亚麻胶浸提工艺研究

摘　　要：以水为浸提溶剂,以亚麻籽为原料,研究了溶剂倍量、浸提温度和浸提时间对产胶率的影响,得出了产胶率随这些因素变化的规律,确定了试验条件下的最适溶剂倍量为16、最适浸提温度为80℃、最佳浸提时间为5h。Selecting water as the solvent and flaxseed as material,extraction experiments were conducted for analyzing the effects of operational parameters of extraction,such as solvent：seed ratio,temperature and time,on the yield of flaxseed gum.The optimal parameters under the experimental conditions were seed ratio 16,temperature 80 ℃ and extraction time 5 h.
