摘  要:从形成性评估的基本理论出发,以一项评估实践为例,介绍了大学英语教学中实施形成性评估的内容、过程和方法;肯定了形成性评估对于教学的推动作用;同时分析了评估中常见的问题,提出应注意形成性评估的科学性、简洁性与可操作性。In this paper, the theory of formative evaluation was discussed, and as for the content, process and methods of applying formative evaluation to college English teaching and learning, an experiment was employed to make them clear. The positive role of formative evaluation in teaching and learning was proved and the existing problems were analyzed. Therefore being scientific, simple and practical should be highlighted in applying formative evaluation to English teaching and learning.
