摘 要:通过对北京市2003-2005年第一批至第三批本科毕业小学新教师专业发展状况的调查,结果发现:本科毕业的小学新教师总体上对工作适应良好,也得到小学的较高认可;新教师任课多样、任教与所学的专业方向未对应的现象普遍,证明小学教师教育"综合培养,学有专长"的培养思路是正确的,但"综合培养"的内涵有待深化;新教师的专业精神受到高度赞扬;基本具备胜任小学教育教学工作的专业能力,但相对其他方面来说还有待提高。The investigation on professional development of the novice primary teachers graduated from normal universities during 2003 -2005 indicated that the novice teachers were confident to themselves, and were praised by their managers in elementary schools; they had to teach several courses and some of them were not their majors, which proves that training all-round professionals in normal universities is appropriate; their professional spirits got high score, but their abilities should be promoted.
