实训室中高职酒店英语情景教学模式探究

摘　　要：目前高职院校的酒店英语教学还不能满足酒店的实际需要,本文在分析情境教学研究现状的基础上,提出酒店实训室情景教学模式。以酒店前厅、客房、餐厅三大部门工作范畴为基础,进行主题模块创设并设计相应的子模块情景对话,然后学生进行实训室角色扮演训练,最后本文提出实施情景教学应注意的问题。At present,the teaching of Hotel English in vocational colleges can not cater for the deluxe hotel's actual requirements,this paper is based on analysis of scene teaching research situations,and proposes scene teaching model in hotel training rooms.The basis of it is three department areas of job:hotel lobby,guest rooms and restaurants,and to design the thematic models and corresponding submodels scene dialogues,and then carry out students role-play training in hotel training rooms,finally the paper presents the problems should be resolved during the implementation of the scene teaching model.
