摘 要:目的:研究杏仁多肽对糖尿病大鼠辅助降血糖活性。方法:40只成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,其中两组未注射STZ,分别饲喂正常饲料(正常对照组)和杏仁多肽(正常口服组),经STZ注射造模的其他3组,分别饲喂正常饲料(糖尿病对照组),每天灌胃10g/kg.bw杏仁多肽(口服高剂量组),每天灌胃5g/kg.bw杏仁多肽(口服低剂量组),测定5d、10d、15d、20d、25d、30d、停药12d空腹血糖,血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯及胰岛素。结果:与对照组相比,口服高剂量组和口服低剂量组在20d时均能显著降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平(p<0.05),25d时使血清中总胆固醇及甘油三酯水平显著降低,血清中胰岛素显著升高(p<0.05)。结论:杏仁多肽能有效调节糖尿病大鼠的血糖及血脂生化指标,对高脂糖尿病具有辅助治疗效果。Objective:To study the adjuvant hypoglycemic activity of almond peptide to diabetic rats.Methods: 40 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups.Two control groups were fed a normal diet(normal control) or almond peptide(normal oral group) and did not inject STZ.The other 3 groups were injected STZ to make diabetic model and fed normal diet(diabetic control group) or daily gavage 10g/kg.bw almond peptide(oral high-dose group) or a daily gavage 5g/kg.bw almond peptide(oral low-dose group).Fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and insulin were measured at 5,10,15,20,25,30 days and 12 days after treatment.Results: Compared with the control group,oral high-dose group and oral low-dose group can significantly reduce blood glucose levels in diabetic rats at 20 days.Serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly(p〈0.05) decreased and serum insulin was significantly increased at 25 days.Conclusion: The almond peptide could effectively regulate the concentration of blood glucose and blood lipids in diabetic rats on the high-fat sugar urine disease as an adjuvant therapy.
