校内生产性实训基地企业化运作实践研究

摘　　要：广州铁路职业技术学院将原学校招待所改建成客房综合实训基地,采用企业化运作模式,该基地不仅要满足实训目的,同时还要运用企业化经营模式,营造企业文化环境,增强学生企业适应力。为达到实训目标与经营目标的融合,需要以真实工作任务及工作过程序化教学内容,组织教学与顶岗实践相结合,采用过程性课程考核方式。Guangzhou Vocational and Technical College of Railway has changed the original rest house of school into guest comprehensive practice training base,which try to meet the purpose of practice training. Meanwhile,the base emphasized to enhance students＇ enterprise adaptability by using enterprise operation model and building enterprise cultural environment. In order to achieve the integration of practice training objectives with marketing objectives,the teaching contents were ordered by real working tasks and working process,teaching organization was combined with post practice,and process curriculum examination mode was adopted.
