摘  要:对黄粉虫幼虫干粉的营养成分分析显示,其蛋白质和氨基酸含量分别占干重的59.70%和59.59%;不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸含量的77.05%,其中仅亚油酸就占总脂肪酸含量的41.70%。有毒重金属的含量均低于国家标准。有机硒含量高达34μg/100g。维生素A和E含量分别为337和898μg/100g。实验表明,干粉滤液无毒性,具有较好的抗疲劳,延缓衰老和降低血清胆固醇的功能,并能提高小鼠外周淋巴细胞转化率和降低骨髓微核率。是值得开发的人类保健食品。The analyses of nutritional components in the larvae of Tenebrio molitor L. showed that the protein and amino acidsed amounted 59. 70% and 59. 59% of dry weight respectively. The unsaturated fatty acids amounted 77. 05 % of the total fatty acide , among which linolaic acid alone amounted 41. 70% of the total fatty acids. The contents of vitamine A and E was 337 and 898ug/100g respectively. The contents of toxic heavy metals were lower than national standards. The content of Se was as high as 34ug/100g. Experiments on mice fed with the filtrate of larval powder solution showed that the insect sample was safe to the mice, and it was effective on antifatigue, delaying aging, decreasing the level of serum TC and PCE micronuclear rate, and increasing the peri lymphocyte transformative rate in tested mice or rats. The various healthful functions of the insect sample are based on the integration of its effective nutrition components . The insect is worthy of explotation as the healthful food for human.
