摘 要:作为重要的非智力因素,适度的学习动机可以从多方面增强学生的学习效果,本文采用《大学生学习动机问卷》对湖北师范学院427名大学生进行调查,结果认为:我国师范大学生学习动机的总体水平为中等;师范大学生的总体学习动机水平的性别差异、专业类型差异和户口类型均不显著,但存在显著的年级差异。通过对师范大学生学习动机的现状和发展特点的分析,以期为指导师范大学生学习动机的培养提供一些实证依据。As an important non-intelligence factor,a certain academic motivation can improve students' learning effects from many aspects.The academic motivation inventory for college students was adapted to 427 students from Hubei Normal University.The results showed that: a.Normal university students' total academic motivation(TAM) level was average.Normal university student's TAM level were found no significant differences between sexes,major kinds and family resources,but significant differences existed among grades.Through an analysis of the current situation and development characteristics in terms of college students'academic motivation,some postive results can be obtained as a guide for cultivation of college students' academic motivation.
