摘　　要：食品新技术安全风险产生的背景极为复杂,环境的变化与实践的需求催生了食品新技术的形成与发展,技术的局限与制度的缺失隐含了食品新技术的安全风险,而道德失范扩大了食品新技术的安全风险。在技术、法律、管理、社会等多层面上形成有效的组合措施与治理方式,是有效降低和解决食品新技术安全风险的主要路径。The new food technology security risk has complicated background. The change in the environment and practice generates the formation and development of new food technology. The limitation in the technology and system indicates the security risk in the new food technology. The ethical defects enlarge the security risk of new food technology. Within technology,law,management and social layers,effective measures and solutions shall be forged,which are the main pathways to lowering and solving the new food technology security risk.
