基础护理实验教学中培养学生整体护理观念的探索

摘  要:目的在实验教学中培养学生的整体护理观念,提高护生的职业素质,为临床一线输送合格的护理人才。方法教学中运用角色扮演法、情景模拟法,让护生体验患者、家属的真实感受及心理需求,提高整体护理观念。结果调查显示,观察组学生整体护理观念各项指标明显高于对照组;合整体护理观念的技能考核成绩观察组高于对照组。结论将整体护理观念贯穿于实验教学过程,使学生在理解“人”的基础上,提高了整体护理观念。Objective: To cultivate the nursing students' concept of holistic nursing care and improve their professional quality in experiment teaching so that the qualified nursing faculty can be delivered for clinical front line. Methods : Making the nursing students experience the true feelings and psychological needs of the patients and their families by using the role - play method and scenario simulation in the teaching to enhance their concept of holistic nursing care. Results: The survey shows that the concept of holistic nursing care in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group. The results of skills assessment with the concept of holistic nursing care in the experimental group are also higher than those in the control group. Conclusion:The concept of holistic nursing care should be trained during the process of the experiment teaching to make the students understand the" human" and improve their concept of holistic nursing care.
