摘  要:为了研究履带车辆全电制动系统,对其执行机构进行了设计与仿真。论述了主要部件的选型,计算了电动缸的重要参数,建立了执行机构的数学模型和仿真模型,对仿真结果进行了分析,结果表明:系统抗负载扰动的效果较好,且仿真结果接近实测数据。Actuator of all electric brake system was designed and simulated in this paper to build the all electric brake system of tracked vehicles.The main components of the actuator were chosen,and the important parameters of the actuator were calculated.Based on it,the mathematical model and the simulation model of the actuator were built,and the results of the simulation were analyzed.It can be concluded that it is good to resist the load disturbing,and the simulation results are close to actual data.
