摘　　要：当今社会是个充满竞争和挑战的知识经济时代,高校培养具有创新精神、创新意识和创新能力的科技人才队伍以及对创新型教师素质的培养已经成为高等教育所要解决的重要课题。本文从学校管理、教师教育、环境机制三个方面阐述了创造型教师的培养策略。Today＇ s society is full of challenge and competition, the era of knowledge economy, cultivate innovative spirit and innovative ability and consciousness of qualified personnel in science and technology and the cultivation of innovative quality of teachers in higher education has become an important task to solve. The creative teacher training is introduced from three aspects： the school education, teachers and environmental management mechanism.
