新建本科院校教师教育的现状与发展方略——以钦州学院为例

摘　　要：钦州学院是一所以师范专科学校为基础组建的新建本科院校,在由单一的师范教育为主的学校转变为综合性本科院校的转型中,其教师教育处于困境与机遇并存的十字路口。求解新建本科院校的教师教育,主要是坚持变革与发展并行的策略。发展方略主要为:发挥教师教育优势,服务基础教育,创新人才培养模式,实现教师教育内涵一体化,构建教师教育质量保障长效机制。Qinzhou University,a newly built university,is changing from a teachers college to a university.It will encounter with these trouble： the teachers should get rid of the pattern of teacher-training;the major of teacher-training has been reduced.The contradiction between the empty size of teachers and the substitute teachers,and the contradiction between the insufficiencies and the demands expansion of excellent education source provide the opportunities to develop the teachers＇ education.
