摘  要:网络团队学习是学习者利用计算机、网络以及各种现代通信等技术,为了共同的学习目标或学习任务,在友好合作的氛围中有组织、有纪律、分工明确而又相互合作的开展学习活动。其特点是有约束性、准入制度、信任标准、组织者和明确目标;有用性、责任心、学习兴趣、心理安全、宜人性则是网络团队学习的心理特点。The rapid development of computer network has brought up the emergence of a variety of Network Learning Models,and Web team learning is one of them. Web team learning is drived by a common goal or learning task,and learners can make full use of their strengths and advantages and form a learning collectively in a friendly and cooperative atmosphere through the using of Internet,multimedia computers and modern communication technologies.The web team is organized,disciplined,goal-clarified and collaborative. The characteristics of Web team learning are constrains,the admittance system,standards of trust,organizers and clear objectives. Its psychological characteristics are usefulness,sense of responsibility,learning interest,psychological safety,and pleasure.
