摘　　要：构建大学物理实验"学科竞赛、教学改革"互动模式,以学科竞赛为推手进一步深化教学改革,提出五五分配二层次目标教学法,培养学生的创造性和创新性,提高人才质量。The paper constructs an interactive model of ＂ disciplinary contest and teaching reform＂ in the col-lege physics experiment in order to cultivate the innovative and creative abilities of the students, improve the quality of talent fostering and promote the teaching reform.
