摘 要:研制校长专业标准是校长专业发展的必然要求,对校长选拔、管理和培训也具有重要意义。本文结合深度访谈和座谈会中收集到的信息资料,借鉴美国制订校长专业标准的经验与方法,探讨我国校长专业标准的基本理念、专业立场、领导范畴和内容框架。本研究提出校长应立足教育领导的专业立场,实施价值领导、教学领导和组织领导,并体现为六种专业角色,包括发展愿景规划者、学习文化营造者、教师发展促进者、创新人才激励者、内部组织管理者和外部环境协调者。To research on principals’ professional standards is the demand of their professional development, and has important significance for principals’ selection, management and training. Combining the information and materials from deep interview and symposium, and learning the experience and methods of making principal’s professional standards in America, this article explores the basic idea, professional standpoint, leadership category and content framework of China’s principal’s professional standards. The article puts forward that principals should have a professional standpoint of education leadership, which includes value, instruction and organization leadership. According to the standpoint and leadership, it embodies six professional roles including vision planner, culture builder, teachers development promoter, creation inspirator, organization manager and environment coordinator.
