食品专业学生就业岗位群职业能力调查分析

摘　　要：通过对江苏食品职业技术学院近三届食品类专业毕业生就业情况的调查,我们了解到食品类专业毕业生就业岗位群主要有涵盖食品加工、食品检验、食品质量管理、食品销售及食品研发等部门,并对就业岗位群职业能力和岗位能力要求进行归纳总结,对就业岗位群的能力需求与课程设置进行对照分析,针对职业能力与岗位能力要求提出了课程(或专业)改革的建议,以期为食品类专业的项目课程改革提供参考。Through the investigation of employment for three-year food professional graduates, we discover the job groups of graduates in the major of food include food processing, food inspection, food quality management, food marketing and food R＆D; summarize the requirements for group and job competency; compare and analyze the demands of job group and curriculum; pose reform suggestions on curriculum against such requirements with a view to provide reference for reform of project curriculum.
