摘　　要：基于现阶段家族企业人力资源管理单一模式存在的缺陷,阐述了耦合的家族企业人力资源管理模式,并在耦合模式基础上提出了主要评价指标。Based on the defects existing in the single mode of family enterprise＇s human resource management at the present stage,this paper expounds the coupled mode of family enterprise＇s human resource management,and based on the coupled mode,puts forward some main evaluation indexes.
