摘 要:针对非稳态工况下装有无级变速器(CVT)车辆对动力性和经济性的双重要求,以燃油消耗量最低时保证车辆拥有最佳的动力性为目标,提出了最佳匹配线控制策略。结合发动机台架试验,建立了MATLAB/Simulink整车模型,并通过大量的仿真试验确定了各种非稳态工况下燃油消耗与目标传动比的关系,结合车辆动力性进行合理匹配获取最佳匹配线,确定最佳传动比的控制目标。并进行了典型工况的仿真验证,最佳匹配线控制能够给出精确的传动比目标控制量,实现了装有CVT车辆在非稳态行驶工况下的动力性与经济性的最佳匹配。Aiming at the need of the vehicle equipped with the continuously variable transmission for both power performance and fuel economy under non-steady working conditions and the fact that the present control strategy is lack of accurate target of transmission ratio control,taking the best match of power performance and fuel economy as control target,an optimal matching datasheet control strategy was proposed. Based on the experimental data,a driveline model was built with MATLAB /Simulink. The relationships between the fuel economy and the target transmission ratio under non-steady working condition were determined by simulations, the best matching datasheet was obtained by matching with the power performance,and the optimal control target on transmission ratio was achieved. Simulations under typical non-steady working conditions show that the optimal matching datasheet control give out accurate optimal transmission ratios.
