摘  要:对仙居鸡食用添加浒苔和江蓠的饲料后,血脂、抗氧化活物质的变化进行了研究。结果显示:江蓠、浒苔组降低总胆固醇(TC)效果显著,江蓠组优于浒苔组。江蓠、浒苔组降低甘油三酯(TG),江蓠优于浒苔。但浒苔组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)含量显著优于江蓠,高于对照组近70%。两种海藻粉对SOD含量的影响相近,对MDA指标降低更为明显,差异极显著,70日龄饲喂浒苔组含量最低,与对照组相比降低37.5%。综合上述结果发现,10日龄添加组与70日龄组之间差异不大,说明海藻粉对血清抗氧化指标的影响周期较短。In this paper,the hypolipidemic,antioxidant activity of Enteromorpha sp.and Gracilaria sp were studied.The results showed that Enteromorpha sp.and Gracilaria sp.both significantly decreased serum total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) of laying hens,and increased high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC).It is found Enteromorpha sp.and Gracilaria sp.significantly reduced the TC content,and Gracilaria group was better than Enteromorpha sp.group.Especially the combined effects of the mixture of two kinds of seaweed powder is superior to the other groups.It is also found that TG content in each group have the similar decreasing trend like TC.The serum levels of HDLC of Enteromorpha sp.group were significantly better than Gracilaria sp.,nearly 70 percent higher than the control group.These two kinds of seaweed powder have the similar effects on SOD activities,and the effects of reducing the MDA contents were more obvious.The differences among groups were significant.The results also indicated that the contents of 70-day-old fed Enteromorpha group were the lowest,lower than the control group by 37.5%.After analysing the results,the differences between add-in-10-day-old group and add-in-70-day-old group were not significant,which illuminate that seaweed powder affected serum indexes of antioxidant in a shorter period.
