当代大学生价值观的现状分析及其正确引导

摘　　要：从价值取向及价值定位上分析看,大学生的价值取向趋向多样化,价值观呈现多元化;大学生的价值定位趋向于个性化,价值观表现为差异化。影响大学生价值观的主要因素来自社会、学校教育、现代家庭教育及大学生自身因素等方面的影响,高等学校正确引导大学生价值观必须通过加强道德的全方位建设,帮助大学生树立正确的人生价值观;大力宣传先进典型,注意发挥榜样的作用;加强校园文化建设,培养大学生积极主动的人生态度等途径对大学生进行教育引导。From the angles of their value preference and value orientation,the contemporary college students＇ value preference is analyzed as diversified and multi-faceted and their value orientation is analyzed as personalized and differential.The main factors that affect the university students＇ values are thought to come from society,school education and family education.In view of the influence factors,it is put forward that moral education should be strengthened through comprehensive construction;the college students be helped to establish correct life value;they be led to participate in social practice,in which their correct values may be cultivated;the roles of advanced examples be developed and publicized;the campus culture building be strengthened;and the students＇ active life attitude be established.
