摘　　要：高校体育实施俱乐部制课内外一体化教学模式,充分发挥了学生的主体作用,调动学生的积极性,提高学生组织能力、社交能力和创新能力。乒乓球俱乐部课内外教学在实施过程中,应合理组织教学,教学内容因人而异,教学方法要灵活多变,多角度的考核机制,结合课内联赛、多形式的课外活动,为学生树立终身体育意识。College physical education implementation of the club, both inside and outside the system integration of teaching model gives full play to the student~ main role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the student, improving student organizational skills, social skills and innovation. Table tennis club, both inside and outside of teaching classes in the implementation process should be rational organization of teaching, various teaching content and teaching methods should be flexible, multi -angle assessment mechanism should combine with curricular league, in various forms of extra - curricular activities for students to establish life - long sports consciousness.
