对中小学教师管理适切性的思考

摘　　要：中小学教师管理在一定范围内不同程度地存在着很多问题,提高教师管理的适切性对重新认识教师管理的意义和促进教师的发展都有一定的价值。促进教师管理适切性的关键在于:校长要增强领导意识,把握"用人之道";管理者服务意识、保障意识的确立;发挥专业管理、人际关系的影响;鼓励教师自我管理,追求教师的精神生命自觉。Problems exist in the teacher management in primary and secondary schools.It is positive to improve the appropriateness of the teacher management for rediscovering the significance of teacher management and promoting the development of the teachers.This paper argues that the key to promote the appropriateness lies in the principals who should enhance the sense of leadership,art of employing,transformation of thinking,encouraging teachers to be self-managers,and pursuing the spiritual conscience of the teachers.
