摘  要:[目的]优化石榴(Punica granatum Linn.)皮多酚的提取工艺,并研究其粗提物的抑菌作用。[方法]采用微波辅助法提取石榴皮多酚,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定其最佳提取工艺条件,同时研究了石榴皮多酚粗提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、普通变形菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌的抑制作用。[结果]石榴皮多酚粗提物的最佳提取工艺为∶筛目数为60~80目,提取功率为385 W,料液比为1∶25(W/V),提取时间为120 s,提取次数为3次。在此条件下,石榴皮多酚得率最高达21.4%。石榴皮多酚粗提物浓度在0.96 g/ml时对金黄色葡萄球菌、普通变形菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌的抑制作用最大,对应的抑菌圈直径分别为1.15、1.10、0.95 cm,其最小抑菌浓度分别为0.80、1.60、0.40g/ml。[结论]该研究为从石榴皮中提取天然药物并为寻找天然抑菌剂提供了理论依据。[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the extraction process of pomegranate peel polyphenols and study its antimicrobia activities.[Method] Microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) was used to extract the pomegranate peel polyphenols.And the best extract conditions was obtained by single factor experiments and orthogonal test.Then the inhibition zone diameter and minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of pomegranate polyphenol extracts on the Staphylococcus aureus,Proteus vulgaris and Baccillus cereus were measured.[Result] The results showed that the best extract conditions of extracting the pomegranate peel polyphenols were as follows:The item number 60~80 item,extraction power 385 W,the ratio of powder to the solution 1∶25,extraction time 120 s,extraction times 3 times respectively.Under the best extraction conditions,the yield of polyphenols from pomegranate peel was 21.4%.The most notable inhibition concentration of pomegranate peel polyphenols was the highest of 0.96 g/ ml.The inhibition effect of their counterparts in diameter were 1.15,1.10,0.95 cm and the MIC was 0.80,1.60 and 0.40 g/ml respectively.[Conclusion] The study can provide scientific basis for extracting nature medicine from pomegranate peel and finding nature bacteriostat.
