摘　　要："学习化社会"是人们从劳动中被解放出来的闲暇社会,是人们充分利用闲暇时间去从事旨在提高人的自身价值和教养为根本目的的社会。它以完善人性作为教育的基本目标,以教育民主作为教育的前提条件,主张大学教育要超越社会并引领社会,要求教育终身化,将大学看作是一个独立的学术社会。＂Learning-oriented society＂ is a leisure society in which people are freed from the labour,and people aim at improving themselves by making use of the free time.This society takes human improvement as its basic educational aim,and educational democracy as its educational prerequisite.The learning-oriented society claims that university education will surpass and lead society,and advocates the full-life education.It regards university as an independent academic society.
