摘  要:将甲酰胺、甲酰胺―甘油复合增塑剂、脲和SDS以不同比例与大豆蛋白混合,经模压成型制成大豆蛋白塑料,并采用材料实验机和鼓风干燥箱研究该塑料耐水性和吸水率。结果表明,采用甲酰胺增塑、甲酰胺―甘油复合增塑或脲变性处理,大豆蛋白塑料2 h和24 h吸水率降低、R值增大,表明塑料抗水性得以改善;而采用SDS变性处理,塑料2 h和24 h吸水率提高,R值减小,塑料抗水性降低。Formamine,glycerol–formamine complex,urea,or SDS and soy proteins were mixed at different ratios and hot press molded for making soy protein plastics.Water absorption and R value of the plastics were investigated by using an Instron testing system and an electric heating air–blowing drier.The results showed that 2 h water absorption,24 h water absorption of formamine,glycerol– formamine complex,urea or modified plastics decreased with the content of the polymers increasing,but R values of the plastics increased,indicating improvement of water resistance of the plastics.However,2 h and 24 h water absorption of SDS modified plastics decreased,and R values of the plastics increased,indicating water resistance of the plastics decreasing.
