摘  要:随着新课程改革的推进,对小学未来师资培训的要求进一步提高。师范生教师职业技能训练内容结构的合理与否,将直接关系到师范生职业水平的高低。应重构小学教育专业本科师范生教师职业技能训练内容,使未来小学师资能力结构得以改善,从而有效提升小学教师培养的质量。With the new curriculum carried on, the training requirement for future elementary School teachers is much higher than before. Whether the constructing content of normal school professional skill training is reasonable or not has a direct effect on normal school students' professional skill standard. This article mainly discusses how to reconstruct the content system of the professional skill training of normal school students majoring in elementary education so as to improve the ability construction of future elementary teachers, thus effectively improving the training quality of elementary teachers.
