水溶性膳食纤维对小鼠原代脾淋巴细胞增殖作用影响

摘  要:MTT法探讨由物理场-酶法制备的豆渣水溶性膳食纤维(SDF)对ConA诱导的小鼠原代脾淋巴细胞的增殖作用。实验结果表明,所研究的各种水溶性膳食纤维均能显著促进小鼠原代脾淋巴细胞的增殖反应,并且浓度-效应关系呈现先上升后下降趋势。经不同酶解得到的膳食纤维增殖作用由强及弱分别为木聚糖酶、果胶酶和纤维素酶。机械活化处理得到的膳食纤维比蒸气爆破处理得到的膳食纤维对原代脾淋巴细胞增殖作用强。MTT assay was used to determined the proliferation of spleen lymphocyte. The soluble dietary fibers made by physical field combined enzymic method were used to study their effection on the proliferation of spleen lymphocyte which were induced by ConA. The results showed that the soluble dietary fibers connected with the studied could promote proliferation of spleen lymphocytes in mice significantly and had definite immunocompetence. The sequence of the promotions of soluble dietary fibers on lymphocytes proliferation is xylanase, pectase, cellulose. The solube dietary fibers treated with mechanical activation had a more productivly promotion on proliferation of spleen lymphocytes than that treated with steam explosion.
