摘　　要：地方财经类高校主要培养的是适应地方经济建设发展需要的高素质应用性人才。培养目标的特殊性,决定了学生素质教育的特殊性。在校园文化建设中,财经类高校应从企业对人才的需要出发,注意引进吸纳企业文化的精髓,在校园内营造一个融合了企业的价值理念和行为准则等企业精神的校园文化氛围,从大学生在校阶段就开始着力提高将来适应工作岗位的能力。这其中最重要的举措之一就是在校园文化建设中引导财经类大学生较早进行作为未来职业人综合素质的培养,使人才的培养和使用具有一致性和连贯性,最大限度地发挥人才的价值。Local finance and economics college major target is developing high-quality practical talents for local economy development.The goal of cultivating students＇ quality and determines the particularity of the particularity of education.In the construction of campus culture in universities should meet the need of talent introduction,pay attention to absorbing the essence of enterprise culture on campus,building a fusion of the enterprise value concept and behavior criterion of enterprise spirit as campus cultural atmosphere,froming undergraduate stage began to enhance the ability to work in the future.This is one of the most important measures in the construction of campus culture in finance college early as a future one comprehensive qualities,talent cultiva1tion and use the consistency and continuity,maximizing the value of talents.
